Of  these, 3,500 are numbered 1 to 3,500; and 100 copies, identified as Artists Proofs are numbered 1 to 100. All have been specially printed and each copy contains, in a distinguishing portfolio, the Limited Edition Print, Missed!, signed by the artist and bearing the same number as the book.
