Growing up on a ranch in southern Idaho, Arizona based artist, Rock Newcomb, developed a love of nature and the beauty of his surroundings. Drawing from age five, he went on to achieve advanced art degrees and taught art in the public sector for many years prior to a full time, professional art career. Favorite subjects to paint include Southwest still lifes, landscapes and wildlife. Professional affiliations include signature member of Society of Animal Artists and International Society of Acrylic Painters. Rock’s work is promoted and marketed by his wife and Business Manager, Cody.
